I LOVE being a Florida girl. I was born and raised in Florida (although I just recently moved to Minneapolis).

I have 4 kids- two teenagers, 9 & 7.

I am truly a geek at heart and have been since high school. David dubbed me "Geekette" a few years ago - and from him, it's the highest form of flattery. I love technology - especially the internet.

Somewhat shy, but daring, I am always willing to try new things. I am a vegetarian with an adventurous palate. I love food and unlikely to have the same thing twice.

I love animals and have a cat named Whiskers. I feel like having animals in my life keeps me as grounded to nature as I can be in a large city. Growing up in a farm in the middle of the woods is a bit different from the big city life I find myself adapting to.

I'm petite, only 4'10, and have been mistaken for a child on occasion. I am almost always laughing and having a good time. I speak with a slightly southern drawl but am intelligent - despite the Southern Belle Stereotype.
